Who is responsible

Your agenda stays on your device

Selected entries, followed brokers, private notes and planning status are stored in your browser. They remain after restarting your computer until you remove them or clear the browser's website data. They are not synchronised to an online account. PDF and calendar exports contain the entries you choose.

Messages and private broker access

If you contact us or use an enabled submission form, we receive the details you provide to handle your request. Private broker access uses Cloudflare Access to verify your email identity and FXAgenda checks your broker membership. Proposals and review decisions are stored in Cloudflare D1. Suspension or revocation ends access; it does not itself delete submission records.

Do not include sensitive personal or financial information in proposals. Sample enquiry previews do not contact the broker. Each form explains whether it saves or sends a request.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare provides hosting, security and access services. Technical request information, including IP addresses, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. Access to administrative records is restricted.

Optional Google Analytics

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics loads only after you accept through the consent controls. Rejecting analytics leaves the website usable. You can withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in the footer. The consent choice and analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days.

Our page-view configuration removes URL query strings and fragments. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website tag. Administrative pages, the private broker portal and My Agenda are excluded from the consent integration. We do not send your private notes or submission text as analytics events.

Google and Cloudflare may process information outside your country. See Google's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy for their processing practices.

Retention and requests

Browser-stored agenda data remains under your control. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information held by FXAgenda. We may need to verify the request and retain records where necessary to handle an ongoing matter or meet applicable obligations. Operational retention settings and this notice will be updated as the service develops.
